Thanks to the gracious initiative of Brigadier General Dr. Fadl Dahir, “Justicia” lectured in the Army Staff course at the Fouad Chehab College of Command and Staff in the presence of the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Defense, Major General Mahmoud al-Asmar, and the officers of the course, receiving a shield of appreciation from the director of the college.
